MIDS Mission
MIDS mission is based on the belief that through collaboration with the educational and business organizations in our community, this new kind of consortium will provide to the participants the resources to explore, develop and implement new business ventures.
This concept will enable the participant to be involved in all aspects of the business, furthering their business education, job skills and contribution to their community.
Mansfield High School educator Suzanne Shea said, "It is always a challenge to identify work opportunities for people with disabilities that are meaningful to them, and fulfills dreams and goals they have envisioned for themselves. This new venture has evolved from a passion of a few students into something that will capture each person that is involved not only their passion but also their strengths."
